The witch's runes method I use is the one taught by Susan Sheppard in her book A Witch's Runes. The glyphs used to represent the runes also come from it. If you are curious about them, I definitely recommend getting this book!
I have also used some tarot decks, like The Grail Tarot, created by John Matthews, illustrated by Giovanni Caselli, and published by REDFeather, and the Tarot de Marseille, which is public domain.
